Most significant increases are in legal reviews, legal holds, consultations with IT and forms of production as collaboration continues to expand beyond the legal department

Austin, Texas (May 19, 2010)— IE Discovery, a leading provider of comprehensive Discovery Management to the legal community, has completed its 2009 Benchmarking Study of Electronic Discovery Practices for Government Agencies.
