IE Discovery is committed to making a positive impact not only on the lives of our clients, but also on the greater communities in which we live. For this reason, we have adopted the B.R.I.D.G.E Program, an employee-run volunteer initiative that encourages our colleagues to support their communities through service and volunteer work. The program also provides a company-sponsored pool of money for various community needs.
Within our intranet site, IE Discovery regularly posts volunteer opportunities for communities across the country, so that all of our employees can easily find ways to contribute to local causes. For every hour that an employees invests into his or her community, IE Discovery donates money into a fund, which is then redistributed to a variety of exceptional charities and other causes. This program empowers our employees not only to explore the countless possibilities of service work, but also to commit themselves to causes for which they have personal connections or have developed strong affiliations.
We at IE Discovery are proud of the hard work that our employees put into every task they take on, and we are happy to encourage them to dedicate some of that work towards making a difference in our communities.
